Unique Charters was founded by long time friends Peter Barron, owner/operator of Flinders Island Aviation, and Bruce Hume, a jeweller and helicopter pilot.
Unique Charters is fully accredited and approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority under Flinders Island Aviation Service’s Air Operators Certificate.
In partnership with the Peppers Silo Hotel, Unique Charters provides transfers throughout Tasmania. Our charters can be customised to suit your needs and our experienced and friendly staff are more than happy to help you prepare your trip.
Unique Charters also specialise in scenic helicopter flights in Tasmania, particularly the North East, where we enjoy sharing the natural beauty of Tasmania from a Unique angle. Customised scenic flights are available, allowing you to take in all of the sights you wish to see.
In addition, we have a number of half-day and full-day tours that will provide lifelong memories. There is something special about being able to have a picnic on a remote, deserted island with your closest friends, before boarding your helicopter for a scenic flight home.
